We offer free shipping on orders over $60 CAD.
For orders that don’t meet the free shipping minimum, we offer three options:

  • Canada Post Expedited - Local: Up to 2 business days, Regional: 3-5 business days, National: 4-9 business days
  • Xpresspost Shipping – Next business day, Regional: Next business day, National: 2 business days
  • FedEx Ground with rates calculated at checkout – Next business day, International: 5 business days.

More Shipping Details

  • Actual delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery estimates are from the time of shipment to delivery, not including warehouse order processing time.
  • We ship anywhere in Canada and the U.S.A.
  • All our coffee beans are shipped in heat-sealed coffee bags that have a degassing valve for optimum freshness.
  • For missing shipments, contact us immediately and we will investigate.
  • For damaged shipments, advise us within 7 days of receipt. Please send us photos of the damaged item or box.
  • All fees, including shipping are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs will be shown on the shopping cart when you check out.
  • The estimated delivery dates are provided automatically by our carriers. These delivery dates may not be met for a variety of reasons beyond our control e.g. the carrier may miss its own delivery standard or credit card payment authorizations may experience a delay in being approved.
  • Shipments made outside of Canada may be subject to Duties, National taxes, and/or Brokerage fees. Please be aware that the customer is solely responsible for any of these additional charges.
  • U.S. customers: the Canada Post Small Packet Air, Small Packet Surface and Small Envelope mail options do not offer liability coverage - there is no tracking provided and no refund in case of loss or damage in transit. To add insurance to orders shipped via Purolator and for products that are drop-shipped via courier, please leave a request in the comment field during the online checkout process requesting insurance to be added.
